We’re back from the 2026 World Beer Awards with five medals including a Country Best Gold for Skinful, our 4.2% bitter.
We’ve called Congleton home for 32 years, but in March we went on an adventure and took our beer to compete against more than 2,500 entries from breweries across the globe, coming away with a Country Best Gold, two silvers and two bronzes. The gold was awarded to Skinful, a beer that speaks directly to what we’re about: brewing quality beer for everyone, every time.
Our Managing Director Joe Manning was also invited to serve as one of the judges for alternative categories at this year’s event tasting more than 50 beers in a single day alongside palates from across the industry.
